Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You'll get another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Here are our estimated delivery times:

United States: 5-7 business days

European Union: 7-10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ionic-care.net with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IonicCare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

IonicCare ships to P.O. Boxes only in the US.
